Virtual voice mail boxes can be used with any Key 2 IP SIP Trunk/Digital Phone line. Phone system extensions that have a Direct Inward Dial (DID) number assigned to it, can also have virtual voice mail boxes. Voice mail messages are forwarded via email as an attachment and can be played back or archived on a computer, smart phone or tablet.
Voice mail licenses are available as a la carte upgrades. Order processing can take between 1-2 hours to complete from the time the order is placed (if submitted during normal business hours).
