How to make a Warm Transfer
The warm Transfer is where you speak to the user of the extension you are transferring the call to, useful for telling the user who is calling.
- While on a call, press the Transfer key.
- Enter the desired extension number.
- Wait for them to answer, speak to them, and give details to make sure the call is answered.
- Hang up/Transfer.
