Elevate for Teams license allows customers to use their existing Elevate phone service within Microsoft Teams. Once the setup is complete, customers with Elevate service and Office 365 will be able to use the O365 phone system add-on to make and receive calls through their Microsoft Teams using their Elevate phone service.
The following should be obtained before beginning this setup process:
- Admin access to your Office 365 account. For more information on Office licenses, read the following Knowledge Base article: Which Microsoft Licenses Do I Need For TeamsConnector?
- Provision and assign M365 licenses required for this integration
- Enable Azure SSO( Single Sign On) so users can log into their Elevate apps using Azure AD/O365 creds( This is optional, Talk to your administrator if you'd like to enable or get more information).
- Disable voicemail routing in Teams (Click here).
