A call can be transferred using one of the three methods provided below.

Blind Transfer

Step 1: Press the Transfer button or Transfer softkey during an active call. 

• The active call will be placed on hold.

Step 2: Enter the number you want to transfer to. 

• Calls can be transferred to an internal extension or an external phone number.

Step 3: Press the Blind Transfer softkey.

Warm Transfer

Step 1: Press the Transfer button or Transfer softkey during an active call. 

• The active call will be placed on hold.

Step 2: Enter the number you want to transfer to. 

• Calls can be transferred to an internal extension or an external phone number.

Step 3: Press the Transfer button or Transfer softkey after the second party answers and you've announced who is calling.

Semi-Attended Transfer

Step 1: Press the Transfer button or Transfer softkey during an active call. 

• The active call will be placed on hold.

Step 2: Enter the number you want to transfer to. 

• Calls can be transferred to an internal extension or an external phone number.

Step 3: Press the Transfer button or Transfer softkey after the second party answers.
