In the event of a power or internet service outage Disaster Recovery features will automatically redirect inbound calls to an unaffected location via a predetermined fail over phone number which you provide during the initial system configuration process. When power or internet service is restored the system will switch back to its original state automatically, allowing you to resume business as usual.
