Assuming the required broadband service and compatible router is in place, it generally takes between 1 to 2 business days to have your system fully operational with a temporary phone number and ready to accept calls.
If you would like to use your existing telephone phone numbers, they will need to be migrated or ported over to our network. The line number porting (LNP) process normally takes 1 to 2 weeks to complete and may delay full service turn up. A representative can assist you with system turn up and launch planning.
