Can I move my phone numbers to Key 2 IP?

Yes (in most cases)

The process of moving phone numbers from one telephone service provider to another is called Line Number Porting (LNP).

For instructions on how to check if we can port your phone numbers go here.

To begin the LNP process you need to complete and return a signed Letter of Agency or Letter of Authorization (LOA).  The completed LOA provides Key 2 IP with the necessary authorization to port phone numbers away from the current telephone service provider to our network.

The LNP process generally takes between 1-2 weeks to complete as long as all information listed on the LOA is  accurate.  If the LNP order is rejected the LOA will need to be corrected and the order will be resubmitted.
