Quick Support (Client)

Quick Support is a simple and small custom module that runs immediately without installation and does not require administrative rights. It is optimized for instant remote support provided by Key 2 IP support engineers. 


The Quick Support module streamlines remote desktop support processes enabling efficient and rapid response times to 

our clients support requests.



REMOTE SUPPORT DISCLAIMER 

By initiating a remote support session and allowing remote access to your computer, you (End User) agree that you are;

(1) over the age of 18 and have the capacity and authority to bind yourself and/or your employer/company to the terms 

and conditions below, and

(2) consenting on behalf of yourself and/or as an authorized representative of your employer/company to be bound by

 this remote support disclaimer.


If you do not agree or do not have the proper authority to agree to all the Terms and Conditions written herein, you are 

NOT PERMITTED to request Key 2 IP remote support services.


By requesting remote support and initiating a remote support session the End User acknowledges and agrees that the 

actions and solutions implemented by Key 2 IP™ support engineers are entirely at the End User's own risk. Remote 

support is provided without warranties of any kind. Key 2 IP™, its employees, partners and/or affiliates will not be held 

liable for any direct, indirect, or other damages, loss, cost or liability whatsoever that result from or, are related to remote 

support provided by Key 2 IP™.


Remote Support assistance is provided only as a convenience to End Users of Key 2 IP™ products and services. Prior 

to initiating a remote support session be aware of and make note of the following:

  • Please save and close any files or programs that may contain personal or confidential information before initiating
    the remote access session.
  • You retain full control of your PC during the remote help session
  • You may end the session at any time
  • You should remain at your PC for the entire duration of the remote help session
  • The nature of the problem and solution(s) may vary depending on your system and other variables unknown to the
    support engineer
