The “My Status” link in Unity provides an indication of the current status of the user as well as quick access to key services that are regularly modified. Unity will only display the options for the services that have been assigned to the user, available services are CommPilot Express (CPE), Do Not Disturb (DND), Call Forward Always (CFA), Remote Office and Hoteling Guest (for hot-desk environments).
To change your status in Unity follow the steps below.
Step 1: Click in the highlighted area below
Step 2: Select one of the Unity views below
