Unity - Call Center Agent Startup Settings

To update from Unity Desktop to Unity Agent you must adjust the startup application type from Unity Desktop to Unity Agent. 


License Requirements:

Standard or Premium Call Center Agent License

Unity Call Center Agent license


1. Click "Settings"

2. Click the "Settings Tab"

3. Click on "Startup"

3. Select the "Unity Call Center Agent" option from the drop down list

4. Click "Ok" next to the green check mark to save your changes.
