Overview
Business SMS is a text to email, email to text application designed to enhance business telephone lines with SMS and MMS capabilities. Follow the steps below for the best Business SMS experience.
Add [email protected] to your safe sender's list
Inbound text messages are converted to email and forwarded to your email account from [email protected]. Be sure to add this email address to your safe sender's list to avoid having inbound messages from being sorted into your junk email folder.
Add 32 underscores above your email signature
Inserting 32 "_" underscores in your reply email will omit anything below them in your reply when it is converted back to SMS. We recommend inserting the 32 underscores just above your email signature so the text message recipient only receives the text above the underscores (see image below).
Log in to the Business SMS Web Portal
To log in to the Business SMS web portal go to myportal.intellications.com

Manage Settings, Search, Reply and Compose Messages from the Web Portal
Once logged into the Business SMS Web Portal you can manage your account settings, filter and search all messages, respond to messages and compose new outbound text messages.
