Unity Overview

Unity is a Unified Communications application that enhances the user experience by making all features and services available in an intuitive and elegant interface.  Combining presence, chat, call control, and directories, Unity simplifies the making and receiving of calls and provides easy access to advanced functions.  

Getting Started

Follow the steps provided below to get signed into Unity Web.

Step 1: Open a web browser and go to desktop.unityclient.com

Step 2: Enter your Login ID and Password

• Your login information can be located in your telephone user guide that came with your phone.
• If you are not able to locate your login information 

Step 3: In the Server Address field enter www.masteraccess.com then click the Login button
