The voicemail setup instructions provided below should be completed using your desk phone.

Voicemail Setup Instructions

Step 1: Press the Envelope button on your phone to access the voice portal.

Step 2: Enter your passcode (see telephone user guide), followed by the Pound Key "#"

• The system will prompt you to enter a new passcode.

Step 3: Record your first and last name.

Note: Name recordings are used in the automated company directory listing for dial-by-name confirmations. Only record your first and last name. This is not your full voicemail greeting. 

Step 4: After completing your name recording, Press 1 to access your voicemail box.

Step 5: You will access the Voice Messaging Main Menu (see menu options below). Press 3 and follow the system voice prompts to record your No Answer Greeting.

• (Optional) Press 2 To record a Busy Greeting (played to callers when you are on the line with another call).

Step 6: End the call when complete.
