Using Yealink Headsets With Elevate

Integration of Yealink headsets with Elevate allows you to use them with Elevate Desktop and Web Applications by picking up and ending calls by pressing the appropriate button on the headset or the headset base.

How to Set Up Elevate Desktop Application To Work With Yealink Headsets

  1. Connect your Yealink headset using the USB
  2. Open Elevate Desktop Application and click your profile picture in the lower-left corner;
  3. Click Call settings and check if your Elevate Desktop Application is set to run in Computer mode. If it's not, switch it into the Computer mode and click Save Changes.

  4. Click Audio Settings in the left menu and select Yealink devices for a Speaker and a Microphone.
    • Desktop application: The status of the Yealink headset integration should say Enabled;
      Note: if the status of the Yealink says Disabled, check if you have the headset base connected using USB. Bluetooth connection is not supported.

    • Web application: Click on the Enable button and then confirm the connection in the pop-up window by clicking Connect.

Base stand

Answer/hang up call

You can answer/hang up call with one of the following actions:
  • Press the Call Control button on the earpiece
  • Press the PC button on the headset base
  • Pick up the headset from the base to answer or put it on the base to hang up

Decline call

  • Double-click the Call Control button on the earpiece
  • Double-click the PC button on the headset base

Mute/unmute microphone

You can mute/unmute the headset's microphone with one of the following actions:
  • Move the microphone boom-arm up to mute or down to unmute
  • Press the Mute button
Note: muting a headset does not put a call on mute in the application.

Adjust volume

To adjust the volume, use the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons on the earpiece
