Overview
Sending a fax is easy. vFax Desktop allows you to fax PDF, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point documents to your fax destination. Simply start a new email message and attached the document you want to send.
vFax automatically creates a Fax Cover page using the subject and body of your email. It will also calculate the number of pages transmitted and time-stamp the cover sheet. The cover sheet along with the attached document will be transmitted to the destination fax. Once the fax has been delivered vFax will send you a "Successful Fax Delivery" confirmation message.
Note: The system will attempt to deliver the fax 4 times. If vFax is unable to deliver the fax transmission successfully you will receive a "Fax Delivery Failure" email notification.
Supported File Extension Types Include: PDF, TIFF, RTF, DOC, XLS, and HTML
