You can manage your device settings in Teams so your calls are always using the right speakers, microphone, or camera.
Sign in to Teams on your desktop and select Settings and more
.Select Settings
and then select Devices
.From Devices, you can change:
Audio devices – by picking your primary audio device, Speaker, and Microphone from their dropdown menus.
Automatically adjust mic sensitivity – to make sure you’re always heard.
Noise suppression – can be set to Auto (Default), High, Low, or Off.
Secondary ringer – rings another device for all incoming calls. The default is set to None, and the dropdown menu will list available devices for your secondary ringer.
Camera – video devices will be listed in the dropdown menu.
In Teams for Windows 11:
During a Teams call or meeting, select More actions
.Select Device settings
where you can change:Audio devices – by picking your primary audio device, Speaker, and Microphone from their dropdown menus.
Noise suppression – can be set to Auto (Default), High, Low, or Off.
Camera – video devices will be listed in the dropdown menu.
After your changes are made, you can select the X to Close right pane or select More actions
, then select Hide device settings.
