Will I have to pay for future releases or software upgrades?

Since installing a phone system or server at your location isn't required, there’s no hardware to upgrade in order to take advantage of new features or enhancements. Maintenance releases and software upgrades are provided at no additional charge.  Upgrades are deployed through regularly scheduled maintenance windows which we will notify you of, in advance.  We'll also inform you of any new capabilities as they become available so you can quickly utilize them to support your employees and provide better service to your customers.
